The Hornet EV’s 288 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque are delivered by a turbocharged 1.3L four-cylinder engine harmoniously paired with an electric motor and 15.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The result is a comfortable and efficient vehicle that can travel up to 32 miles in all-electric mode. Moreover, the PHEV’s innovative PowerShot feature bestows an instantaneous infusion of 30 additional horsepower when drivers require it.
